Service Relationship

Signal Room Society provides creative, operational, and release-prep services for artists and music clients. Project details, deliverables, timelines, and fees may vary by service, quote, or written agreement.

Client Files and Rights

You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and authority needed to upload, share, review, and submit music, artwork, references, metadata, and other files through the platform. Uploading files does not transfer ownership of your music to Signal Room Society.

Platform Access

Client Room and Session Room access is private to authorized users. Do not share account access with anyone who is not authorized to view or act on the related project.

Review and Approval

Approvals, submissions, and metadata confirmations in the platform are treated as client instructions. Review all details before approving a final version or submitting release information.
