Refund Policy

Before Work Begins

If a paid service has not started and no custom work has been delivered, contact us as soon as possible. Eligible refunds are reviewed based on the service, payment status, and project timeline.

After Work Begins

Once creative work, review, file preparation, delivery, or release-prep work has started, payments may be non-refundable or partially refundable at Signal Room Society's discretion.

Custom and Delivered Work

Custom deliverables, approved versions, completed file prep, and submitted release work are generally not refundable unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Refund questions can be sent to hello@signalroomsociety.com. Include your order number and the service name.
